Customer

Catalog system relates customer and customer management. Customers are divided into many categories, many fields, with different revenue/ budget or various scale of human resouse.

1. Type of customer

Manage category of type of customers

Menu -> Category -> Customer -> Type of customers

The steps:

+ Add New Type of Customer: To add a new Type of Customer, access the link above, click the to display the popup panel, and add the contents according to the required data fields. Then, click to save the content.

+ Edit Type of Customer: To edit a Type of Customer, click next to Type of customer to display the popup panel and edit the content. Then, click to save the edited content. If you do not want to change, click Close.

+ Delete Type of Customer: To delete a Type of Customer, click next to Type of Customer to display the popup panel and confirm again by selecting Agree to delete to completely delete that Type of Customer out of the system. If you do not want to delete, click Close.

2. Field of business

Manage business category.

Menu -> Category -> Customer -> Business fields

The steps:

+ Add New Business Fields: To add a new Business Fields, access the link above, click the to display the popup panel, and fill the contents according to the required data fields. Then, click to save the content.

+ Edit Business Fields: To edit a Business Fields, click next to Type of customer to display the popup panel and edit the content. Then, click to save the edited content. If you do not want to change, click Close.

+ Delete Business fields: To delete a Business fields, click next to Business fields to display the popup panel and confirm again by selecting Agree to delete to completely delete that Business fields out of the system. If you do not want to delete, click Close.

3. Scale of Human resourse

Manage category of scale of hamun resourse.

Menu -> Category -> Customer -> Scale of Human resourse

The steps:

+ Add New Scale of human resourse: To add a new Scale of human resourse, access the link above, click the to display the popup panel, and fill the contents according to the required data fields. Then, click to save the content.

+ Edit New Scale of human resourse: To edit a New Scale of human resourse, click next to New Scale of human resourse to display the popup panel and edit the content. Then, click to save the edited content. If you do not want to change, click Close.

+ Delete Scale of human resourse: To delete a Scale of human resourse, click next to Business fields to display the popup panel and confirm again by selecting Agree to delete to completely delete that Business fields out of the system. If you do not want to delete, click Close.

4. Type of organization

Mange category of type of organization

Menu -> Category -> Customer -> Type of organization

The steps:

+ Add New Organization Type: To add a new Organization Type, access the link above, click the to display the popup panel, and fill the contents according to the required data fields. Then, click to save the content.

+ Edit Organization Type: To edit a Organization Type , click next to New Scale of human resourse to display the popup panel and edit the content. Then, click to save the edited content. If you do not want to change, click Close.

+ Delete Organization Type: To delete a Organization Type , click next to Business fields to display the popup panel and confirm again by selecting Agree to delete to completely delete that Business fields out of the system. If you do not want to delete, click Close.

5. Origin

Manage category of origin

Menu -> Category -> Customer -> Origin

The steps: Add new/ Edit/ Delete
