SERVICES OPERATION: TOUR, RETAIL SERVICE
After verifying the service with the customer, the seller will perform the operation on 01 service voucher.
- Step 1: Click Menu -> Booking -> List Booking,
- Step 2: Click right mouse on booking (see image below)
- Step 3: Transfer operation. Enter the name of the Operations Manager or the operator in charge (Multiple people can be transferred). The tour operator conducts the tour operation (see instructions).
