Smart Search

We provide Smart Search feature to assist you in retrieving data on the system quickly and efficiently.

You can use Letters, Numbers or Letters and Numbers in the Search Box for the system to find the best match

Besides, you can search by the system's available criteria according to each data area we have convention.

Areas of data using Smart Search include:

1. Supplier

- Search by default criteria:

+ (2) Creator: User inserts data into the system

+ (3) (4) Country/ Province/ City: Supplier's address

+ Criteria (5) (6)... Depending on the characteristics of each different type of supplier, we have given the appropriate criteria.

- Smart Search:

+ You can enter Letters, Numbers or Letters and Numbers in the search box (1). Also you can also search by Supplier's code and Supplier's ID

+ The system checks the appropriate data conditions in 3 fields of information: Supplier Name, Email and Phone Number

+ Display result: 10 results/ 1 page, you can click to see the results on the next pages

2. Tour Product

- Search by default criteria:

+ (2) Tour Type: Type of tour organization Private or S.I.C

+ (3) Creator: User insert data into the system

+ (4) Tour Style

+ (5) Days: Tour length

+ (6) Status: Open/ Close

- Smart Search:

+ You can enter Letters, Numbers or Letters and Numbers in the search box (1)

+ The system checks the appropriate data conditions in 2 information fields: Tour code, Tour name

+ Display result: 10 results/ 1 page, you can click to see the results on the next pages

3. Customer

- Smart Search at Dashboard:

+ You can enter Letters, Numbers or Letters and Numbers in the search box (1)

+ The system checks the appropriate data conditions in 4 fields of information: Name, Email, Phone number, Company name

+ Display result: 10 results/ 1 page, you can click to see the results on the next pages

- Smart Search at List of Customer:

In addition to the smart search function like at the Dashboard screen, you can search more with the following criteria:

+ Customer type (See more instructions on creating customer classification here)

+ Customer ID

+ Phone number

+ Customer Name

+ Email

+ Brand (Applicable to businesses with many branches)

+ Date of birth

+ Gender

+ Created by: User has inserted data into the system

+ Support by: User is in charge of customer

+ Status

+ Address: Country, City

4. Booking

- Search by default criteria:

+ (2) Creation date: You can choose to search by Creation Date (Date of booking) or Date of use (Date of tour departure).

+ (3) From... To: The time period to apply the search by the selected criterion (2)

+ (4) Status: Booking status: Request, Operation, Finalization...

+ (5) Sale by: For management level, use this criterion to search for sales staff's bookings

+ (6) Operator: Search booking by operator information in charge

- Smart Search:

+ You can enter Letters, Numbers or Letters and Numbers in the search box (1)

+ The system checks the appropriate data conditions in 6 fields of information: Booking name, Booking code, Customer information in the booking form (Name, email, phone number, address)

+ Display result: 10 results/ 1 page, you can click to see the results on the next pages

5. Operation

- Search by default criteria:

+ (2) Tour Type/ Service: Private, S.I.C, External services (Retail services not included in the tour such as: Air tickets, Landscape tickets, Hotel...)

+ (3) From... To...: Tour duration (system displays tours with departure or ending date within the search period), service date (retail service)

+ (4) Status: Search by time interval based on current date: next 7 days, next 15 days...

- Smart Search:

+ You can enter Letters, Numbers or Letters and Numbers in the search box (1)

+ The system checks the appropriate data conditions:

Tour Service: Tour code, Tour name, Email, Phone number

Retail Service: Booking code, Service name, Customer information (Name, email, phone number, address)

+ Display result: 10 results/ 1 page, you can click to see the results on the next pages
