Open Tour For Sale

S.I.C Tour (Seat In Coach) are opened for sale according to the organization plan of the travel enterprise.

Some definitions used in the tutorial:

- Open Sale Day: Tour departure date

- Seats: Maximum number of guests can go on a tour in a departure group

- Sold: Total number of Pax sold, bookings transferred to Operation

- Waiting: Total Pax in Booking status (Not yet transferred to Operator)

1. Add

There are 2 methods to access Open for sale Tour:

Method 1: Tour Product > List of tours Or access Open-For-Sale Tour

In list of Tour Product, you can recognize the marked S.I.C tour in front of the Tour Code, or in the Tour Type column displays S.I.C. Right-click on tour > Open tour for sale

Method 2: Click Tour Product > Open-For-Sale Tour > Add to choose the tour you want to open for sale.

The system displays the sale schedule of the tour you have selected, the information includes:

- General: Display the basic information of Tour

- Calendar: The system automatically displays the number of open-for-sale tour in each month

- The central calendar area: When opening the tour, the system takes the default time as the current day, month, and year. You can reselect the time according to the desired months. All tour dates will be displayed here.

There are 02 ways to Open tour for sale:

1. You move the mouse on the day of the month, click and enter number of seats.

Click to finish the opening sale for a specific day for the S.I.C Tour

2. Click at the top - right corner of the screen

You can choose the Type of Application according to your needs:

**Type: Selected Date (Add the number of open spaces for the selected date)

• Choose a specific date to open the tour
• Then enter the number of seats

**Type: etween Selected date (Add the number of open seats by time period)

- Select date: The time when you open the tour

- Applicable days: Day of the week open for sale (The symbols M, T, W, T, F, S, S are the days of the week: M - Monday, T-Tuesday, W- Wednesday, T - Thursday , F - Friday , S- Saturday, S- Sunday)- Seats: Number of seats open for sale each day

- The system will combine 2 conditions: time period and day of the week to open for sale on suitable days

Example: Open for sale from August 6, 2021 to August 30, 2021 and apply on Saturday. So the system will automatically open every Saturday from 6/8/2021 to 30/08/2021 and every Saturday will be 45 seats

2. Edit

For the days that are already open for sale, click to edit Seats (Note: The number of seats after edit must not be less than the number of seats sold)

The system displays a popup so you can open more seats, click to save

3. Add booking

In this area, if the product department is in charge of both business, you can create a booking with the tour here instead of creating it in the Booking Module.

Choose a tour, hover to the opening date and click to add booking. (For more details, please refer here)

4. Delete

Click to Delete the sale opening date in the list (Note: The opening date can only be deleted if that day has no booking status Sold or Waiting)

5. Open-For-Sale Tour Management

Access: Service > Open-For-Sale Tour

In this interface you will see a detailed summary of all tours open for sale by month and year.

- Number of tours open for sale of the month

- Tour Code

- Tour Name

- Time: Length of tour journey

- Agent Price & Retail Price

- Number of bookings of the tour

- Status: Open/ Close
