Out-of-tour Services

Out-of-tour services are services ordered by customers or services purchased by customers that do not include the tour program, also known as retail services. Each of these services is sold and operated separately for the purpose of separating revenue between Tour Revenue & Service Revenue.

Select Other Service the system will automatically search for the satisfactory services, other instructions will use as Services Operation

A. General

This is the management area for the entire tour and service system, which has been transferred to the operation, the operator will receive the following information:

B. Right-click on a retail service in list of operating services

With this operation, the operator has 3 main operations including: View, Change services and Finalize

(1) View: The operator can view the information in the external service order form such as General information, update customer information in the delegation list, create a payment request, view the service order history with the Supplier...

(2) Change services: Action: Edit, Delete, Add

+ Click to change 1 service (Applicable when that service has not been booked with Supplier)

The information that may change in this area includes (Applicable only to services that have not been booked with Supplier):

- Change Supplier: Selecting another supplier to replace the original supplier according to the Booking information is transferred by the sale. This situation arises, for example, the hotel reservation is sold out and needs to be changed to another hotel of equivalent quality for the customer.

- Change quantity of service

- Change Nett Price:

- FOC: Supplier FOC policy when operating a direct deal for booking, is changed compared to the FOC in the contract

- Other: Additional services for the tour are operated by the Provider. Click the "Enter keyword" box to select the service, if you don't have the desired service, you can quickly add it by clicking

- VAT 10 % or Add invoice. If you tick one of these two boxes, the system understands that the service price includes 10% VAT

(3) Finalize: The system automatically calculates the net profit of the tour based on Real Revenue, Real Expenses, VAT (in, out).

Conditions to be able to transfer the Finalization when all services have been booked with the provider and Confirm (or NoConfirm). If the service is still in Pending status, it will not be possible to transfer the Finalization
