Booking series is a function that helps the Operator to book many services of the same provider in one operation.
Optimizing the operation of Booking Service for Operators, thereby reducing operating time and improving work efficiency.
1. The main task:
Book services with suppliers, standardize, deal with related departments in the system, resolve arising service-related issues during the tour for sales and related departments and with suppliers.
- Date of use: The service is used for the tour on the specific date;
- Service Type: Each service in the system is specifically classified based on the Supplier group;
- Service Name: The name of the service to be provided to the customer;
- Supplier: Name of the relevant service provider;
- Quantity: The actual order will be with the supplier;
2. Service booking operation:
Step 1. Access Menu > Operation > Service Operation > click 
In the Tasks Tab in 1 Tour, the system will display a list of services in the Tour that need to be operated.
Step 2. Select the Supplier you want to order the service from in the search box. The system will display all services in this tour of this Supplier.
Step 3: Tick services then click 
the system displays the Service Order Email with the Supplier:

Step 4: Click 
, the service will be sent to the provider's email. The service provider verifies the service in two ways:
- Email Reply: Confirm service to incoming email. The operator will receive the Supplier's response.
- Click link: The service order email contains 01 url, Supplier can directly click or copy this url and paste it in your browser to display the content that the Supplier needs to confirm, the service related to this supplier will be changed status. Follow Supplier's feedback automatically in the software.
** The system always sends email to 02 emails: of the person who made the order and Supplier for any changes in the status of the service.**
