Customer debt is the process of recording and tracking receivables from customers when you sell services so that your business controls its financial situation better.

Here, the system allows to control the list of Customer Debts by 3 types: Objects, Operated Tours, Booking Not Implement. Click to select the display type of Customer's debt list.

1. List of Customer Debts by Object

This area displays all debts of each customer. Click on any customer, the system shows a list of debit list arising with that customer, including Receipts and Return Vouchers (return coupons are applicable in case the customer cancels the service and needs a refund).

To quickly search for a customer's debt, you use the filter/search box:

  • Add keywords: Add keywords related to Debit Code, Debit Note Title, Customer Code, Customer Name, Customer Abbreviation, Customer Email, Customer Phone Number, Address, Representative interface, Fax, ... so that the system returns the results that respond to the added keywords.
  • Period filter: The system filters by the documental days in the debit note of the customer booking
  • Filter by Customer Type: Customer / Partner / Supplier
  • By customer name: Click on the name of the customer you want to see Debts
  • Click to filter the result. Or click to delete added information in the filtered box.

All Receipt or Deduction voucher appears in the Details table below when you left-click on the Customer horizontal bar.

  • To Print list of Customer Debt, click
  • To export the Excel file of the list of Customer Debts, click
  • To pay the receipt of a customer booking, click the button at the receipt you want to use in the list of debts.

3. List of customer debts according to Booking not yet operated

This area displays all Debts of customers with bookings arising and those bookings are still in the "Booking" status (not yet transferred to the operator)

You quickly search for customer debt by adding information in the Filter/Search box

  • Add keywords: Add keywords related to Customer's name, Tour Code, ID Tour, Tour Title
  • Period filter: The system filters by the documental days in the debit note of the customer booking
  • Filter by Customer Type: Customer / Partner / Supplier
  • By customer name: Click on the name of the customer you want to see Debts
  • Click to filter the result. Or click to delete added information in the filtered box.

All Receipt or Deduction voucher appears in the Details table below when you left-click on the Customer horizontal bar.

  • To Print list of Customer Debt, click
  • To export the Excel file of the list of Customer Debts, click
  • To pay the receipt of a customer booking, click the button at the receipt you want to use in the list of debts.
