Service Booking Management
In the process of selling goods and services to tourists, sellers will encounter many requests to CANCEL the service for many different reasons, for example: weather, epidemic, other risks.
The TravelMaster system provides a Cancellation tool based on the following scenarios:
1. Generated Cancellation when Booking "No revenue generated"
=> Apply the usual process: Right-click at Booking > Utilities > Cancel
2. Incurred Cancellation when Booking "Receivable"
=> Give the user a choice under Option: Cancellation with Refund, Cancellation without Refund
+ Cancellation with Refund: Required to create a return slip at the time of Cancellation
+ Cancellation without Refund: Only update the cancellation status and no return voucher is generated
**Note: Canceled when booking has been transferred to Operation and confirmed with Supplier
- Tours with canceled Bookings will have an additional Canceled Services tab (displaying information about canceled services).
- For services with "Confirmed" status with Supplier, at the end of each service there will be additional functionality:
TGenerate a refund slip (here you can choose either instant payment or prepaid top-up) if the service is canceled with a confirmation of payment to Supplier before.

Note: When deducting the number of passengers, the system automatically switches to another vehicle for the S.I.C Tour
