Car Operation
Suitable for the characteristics of the business that owns a transportation vehicle system for its travel and rental customers (the system is only integrated with businesses that integrate this module)
1. Menu > Operation > Service Operation > Reservation tab
Step 1: Click 
choose Stack Car
Step 2:
a. Click to select a suitable car on the right screen, you can choose multiple bkk for 01 car to ensure enough room for booking
b. Click 
to finish.

In case the car is loaded with less seats left than the existing number of guests, the system will ask if you want to Add car or StackSpill.
+ Add car: Another car with a different number of seats
+ StackSpill: Use this same car for all guests in the tour (usually applicable for half day tour, one car for 2 morning and afternoon tours)

After stack spill, you can go to the Car Operation Tab to add: Departure point, pick-up time and Order of which group to pick up first.
Note: For S.I.C Tour, in case the bookings share the same Car Supplier, the system will flexibly combine the bookings into a car with the most suitable number of seats based on the total number of guests of all bookings.
Step 3: Car service that has been operated will display as follows:
- Use these function 
to view, edit, delete
View task: With this function you can use to change the Booking Status or Add reports related to the Work you are doing (Note: the person who assigns, receives, relates, and manages the system has the right to view, view, and manipulate the work related to him/her)

2. Menu > Operation > Car Operation
When you have too many cars to operate, you will need to use the filter function. Here you will review the operation of the car being operated.
- Filter box will filter by
- Departure date, Arrival date
- License Plate
- Driver's Name
- Car's Type
- Meaning of the data fields in the list of operating cars
- License Plate
- Departure date
- Seat: Number of seats of the car
- Stacked: The number of passengers has been loaded onto the bus (the number of seats arranged may be larger than the number of seats of the car in the case of a half-day tour, 1 car for 2 tours,..)
- Balance: The number of seats left of the car in the corresponding day (The number of seats left can be negative result (-1, -2, -3,.. in the case of a half-day tour, 1 car for 2 tours,..)
- Driver
- Tour/ Service: Booking code, Name of tour to use this car on the corresponding day.
Action:
+ When clicking on a car, it will display information about Driver, License plate, Vehicle type, Departure date, Return date, Number of seats arranged, Booking code, Number of guests, Name of booking customer, Nationality, Phone number, Sales staff.
+ Departure Point/Time: Click [Add Time] to change the tour's departure time, pick-up time in case there is a change. Click [Add Departure Point] to change pick-up point.
+ Click 
to view the information of the Customer who made that booking.
+ Click 
to transfer the loaded car to another car. A window will pop up allowing you to select replacement cars for the current car. Click 
to finish.
