Quote has not transferred booking

Manage all quotes created in the system but not yet transferred to Booking status (Quotes are transferred to Booking when customers have agreed with the tour program and price, you need to transfer to booking to continue the next steps. by: Executive, Accounting,...)

When accessing this area, the system has a message that the report date range has not been selected, you need to choose a time, then the system displays the results according to the filtered time.

Operations include:

1. Filter/search data

• Enter to search: Enter the customer's name or keywords related to that customer's booking
• Reporting time: from... to: Reporting time, calculated according to the date of booking

• Agent/ Customer: Select customer's name
• Click to find the data

The system displays each Customer's name along with the bookings that the customer has booked during the filter period.

2. Export file list after filtering

At the top - right corner of the screen, click and click Export to download the detail account report in the filtered period (file's format: Excel)
