Menu > Report > Revenue Sale

The Sale Revenue Management area helps to list and control all the revenue of each Sale according to a specific booking and each time period.

The step:

1. Filter the data

  • Add keywords related to the Tour service, Booking code, Customer name, ... then click . The system respond the results of the filtered keyword.
  • Filter Time: Add the date range you want to see the revenue, then click the system return bookings that are corresponding the filter time
  • Filter by sale's name: In the Sales field, select the sale's name, the system return bookings related to that sale.
  • Filter by service status: In the Select field, click on the booking status (Going on, order, finalize,...), the system return bookings that are corresponding the filtered service status.
  • Filter by Customer Type: In the Customer Type field, click on Customer Type (Customer, Agent (Partner), Supplier), the system return bookings according to Customer Type filtered.
  • Filter by customer name: In the Partner/Customer field, click on the customer name, the system return the bookings incurred for that Partner/Customer
  • Filter by Service Type: In the Service field, click on the type of service you want to filter, including Tour and External Services (Cars, Scenic Tickets, Restaurants, Hotels,...), the system return results by Filtered Service Type

2. Export file Excel

Click to download the list of Sales Revenue by filtered fields.

3. Explain the meaning of data column

  • Update: The time the booking was created
  • Partner/Customer: Name of Partner/Customer
  • Code: Code of booking
  • Service: Booking name, tour name (for Tour services), service name (for external services).
  • Start Date: Service Start Date (Departure Date)
  • Final date: Return date (for tour). If it is an external service, the "Date of return" column is empty
  • Quantity: Number of services used (for external services), number of guests (for tour services)
  • Nett Cost: Service purchase price from Provider
  • Total Nett: Total Nett price according to the purchased quantity
  • Unit price: Selling price for customer
  • Into money sale: Total selling price according to the number of customers purchased
  • Profit: Profit based on Nett and Sell Price
  • Status: Booking status (Request, Service Order, GoingOn, Finalization,...
  • Payment: Status of customers paying for booking. In there:
+ Advance: Customer has paid a part (deposit) for the tour booking.
+ Paid: Customer has paid all booking
+ Debts: No extra payment from customer
  • Sales: Sale's name
  • Operation: Operator's name. If the tour booking is in the status of Going on and Finalization, the operator's name is displayed
