Management area Service revenue helps to list and control all revenue by service in specific booking and each time period. Services are divided into Tour Services and Out-of-Tour Services.

Operations include:

1. Filter data

  • Press Enter to search: Enter keywords related to Tour Service, booking code, Customer name,... then click The system displays the results of the filtered keywords
  • Filter time by 2 forms: Use date if you want to filter booking by Service use date (tour departure date); Creation date if you want to filter the booking by the date that booking was created.
  • Filter time: Enter the date range you want to see sales then click The system displays the results of the filtered keywords
  • Filter by Service Type: In the Services field, click on the type of service you want to filter, including Tour Services and Out-of-Tour Services (Cars, Landscape Tickets, Restaurants, Hotels,...), he system displays the results of the filtered keywords
  • Filter by service status: In the Selection field, click on the booking status (Request, order, finalize,...), The system displays the results of the filtered keywords
  • Filter by Customer Type: In the Customer Type field, click Customer Type (Customer, Agent (Partner), Supplier). The system displays the results of the filtered keywords
  • Filter by customer name: In the Partner/Customer field, click on the customer name, the system returns the bookings incurred for that Partner/Customer
  • Filter by salesperson: At the Sale by field, select the salesperson's name, the system returns bookings related to that salesperson

2. Export Excel file

Click to download the Service Revenue list file by filtered fields.

3. Giải thích ý nghĩa cột dữ liệu

  • Update: The time the booking was created
  • Partner/ Customer
  • Code: Booking code
  • Service: Booking name, tour name (for Tour services), service name (for out-of-tour services).
  • Departure date: Start date of service
  • Quantity: Number of services used (for out-of-tour services), number of guests (for tour services)
  • Nett Price: Price to be paid to Supplier
  • Total Nett: Nett total price by quantity purchased
  • Sale Price: Selling price for tour guests
  • Into Money Sale: Total selling price according to the number of customers purchased
  • Profit: Profit based on Buy and Sell price
  • Status: Booking status (Request, Service Order, Finalization,...)

+ Payment: Status of customers paying for booking. Inside:

+ Advance: Customer has paid a part (deposit) for the booking tour.

+ Paid: Customer has paid in full

+ Debts: No payment has been made by customers yet

  • Sale by: Name of Saleman
  • Operator: Operator name. If the tour booking is in the status of Execution and Finalization, the operator's name will be displayed
