Print/ Export Customers File

1. FUNCTION

Customer Management function is one of the key features of TaCRM that helps businesses to better classify customer files according to different needs and purposes.

In this article, VietISO shows you how to Print/Export customer data on TaCRM, so that you can store and share customer information by group, time.

Who can use this feature: All accounts are authorized at TaCRM.

2. TUTORIAL

Step 1: In the list of customers, enter search terms to retrieve the data that needs to be printed / exported.

Step 2: Click in the upper - right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Click Print to Print a list of Customers or Export to file the list of Customers to your computer (file format: Excel).
