Guide Operation

Principle: The Vietnamese market currently does not have a company specializing in providing Guide, so this service is completely provided and operated by you. The system helps you Manage your contact list, service schedule, and have a better overview of tour dates, guided tours,...

1. Menu > Operation > Services Operation > Reservation

Step 1: Click > Stack Guide:

Step 2: The system will display the tour guide selection interface as shown below:

a. Use the system to help search by guide name (if needed)

b. Select the appropriate tour guide by date in the area to the right of the interface. Here you can choose a different guide for each day.

c. Click to finish.

Step 3: The results of OPERATING tour guide service will show up in the list as below.

You can click on the quantity column, indicating the number of guides for information: Full name, HDV card number, Supplier, Language...

- Use these function to view, edit, delete.

2. Menu > Operation > Guide Operation

You can filter by:

• Tour Code/ Booking Code
• Guide's Name
• Guide service usage time
