Delete Customer

Customer data storage capacity at TaCRM is limitless. But if you want to filter the list of customers for easier management, or simply when customer information is duplicated, you can always delete customers from the system by following these simple steps:

Step 1: In the list of customers, click

Step 2: Click to move to the Archive list.

Step 3: The screen displays the Contact Archive confirmation. Click OK to confirm.

Thus, Customer Information has been deleted from the current Customer List

However, to avoid the risk and the need to restore data, TaCRM still supports customers to restore data at the Archive list - where to store customer contacts deleted from the total list set.

- You can Restore customer's contact by accessing Utilities > Archive, click then click

- Or you can permanently Delete customer's contact, click then click
